Quality is an integrated part of CASIS's core values and the way we work and think. All of our processes, both administrative and manufacturing, reflect a uniform high level of quality. Consistent quality is achieved in part by focusing on stable processes.

Quality is defined and anchored in our processes, which constantly ensure on-going improvements are made in high-quality loops – including training, development, and prevention. Being quality conscious and closely monitoring production are vital parameters for assuring the quality of production processes. For example, the Lean boards in administration and production promote involvement and ownership for quality as a whole at CASIA.
