CASIS EPDM Insertion rubber sheet is a premium grade synthetic rubber made from 100% EPDM polymer. It is specifically designed to display excellent ozone and high temperature resistance. This makes our EPDM Insertion suitable for outdoor applications with long term exposure to weathering and UV. EPDM Insertion has excellent physical properties including mechanical strength.
EPDM Insertion Rubber is reinforced with a nylon monofilament fabric for superior tear strength and dimensional stability.
CASIS EPDM Insertion rubber will also display resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids and alkalis. EPDM Insertion is suitable for prolonged exposure to aquatic environments and will not deteriorate when submerged.

Use in hydraulics and where air, water or low pressure steam will be passed.
Oil resistance and where hot and/or cold water and gases are being transfered. Such applications might include meters, control devices, regulators, pumps and diaphragms. Resistance to oil, caustics, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheet is a rubber sheet material that has been reinforced with one or more plies of cloth or duck such as polyester, nylon, cotton or fiberglass fabric. This reinforcement gives added stability in flanged gasket applications requiring mechanical fastenging and reduces creep when there are high compression loads.
