Viton material is a high performance synthetic rubber with exceptional properties, particularly when working with aggressive chemicals and fuels. FKM material is also known for having a very high temperature resistance.
Generally speaking, Industrial grade Viton rubber is mainly used in the harsh industrial environment. In particular, it can withstand high temperature high acid base and other extremely harsh sealing environment.
General Properties of Viton Viton rubber is used in the presence of aggressive chemicals, fuels, and explosive gases; and as such as application in the oil, gas, and mining industries. We stock DuPont viton.
Certification & Traceability: Both certification and traceable certification can be supplied with your material, should it be required by you or your customer. Traceable certification lists the batch number and cure date/ manufacture date of the material. Please contact us to request certification at the time of order.
