Cotton Inserted SBR Rubber Sheet
Cotton Inserted SBR Rubber Sheet
Insertion rubber sheeting is manufactured from commercial rubber with a single ply cloth reinforcement. This provides an increased tensile strength and tear resistance over standard commercial rubber sheeting.
Shore Hardness: 65° ± 5°
Temperature: -30°C to +70°C
Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheet
Use in hydraulics and where air, water or low pressure steam will be passed.
Oil resistance and where hot and/or cold water and gases are being transfered. Such applications might include meters, control devices, regulators, pumps and diaphragms. Resistance to oil, caustics, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Features:
Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheet is a rubber sheet material that has been reinforced with one or more plies of cloth or duck such as polyester, nylon, and cotton or fiberglass fabric. This reinforcement gives added stability in flanged gasket applications requiring mechanical fastening and reduces creep when there are high compression loads.
